Southern Care has been in Franklin since 1993. The community is privately owned by Richard Chavez, who has more than 30 years experience in the senior living business.

Our community is privately owned and operated; a place where you and your loved one will feel right at home. We have some of Franklin’s most caring people helping us help others. At Southern Care, our goal is to exceed expectations and ensure that our resident's needs are being met. Whether it’s helping remembering when to take medication, help with laundry, meal preparation, or any of the other obstacles of daily living, we are here to help.
